IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The conference was supposed to take place at the Grande Arche de la Défense. An accident happened recently on the external lifts which give access to the roof where we had booked two amphitheatres and a hall: a 1.5 kg part of the machinery fell, fortunately without hurting anybody down below. The managers of the building decided to have the lifts carefully examined by experts and to close the roof to the public in the meantime, that is for the next four months. Despite all our efforts to get access for the HARMO13 participants through the aisles belonging to public administrations, our booking was cancelled.

On such a short notice, it was almost impossible to find an alternative venue for the conference. Fortunately, we had a generous offer from IBM and we will be able to use the amphitheatres and halls of their headquarters located in Bois Colombes, only a few minutes from la Défense. We owe you an apologize for the inconvenience, with a special mention for those who booked a hotel long time ago in order to be next to the Grande Arche.
